The DKS15CH compressor fits and performs the same as the factory Komatsu CD110R-2 Carrier air conditioner compressor. It is a reciprocating-type compressor. It pumps cool refrigerant gas (from the evaporator into the condenser) and keeps it moving in a repeating cycle through the a/c system.
